The panels and keynotes and some other sessions will be hybrid to allow participation by our members and allies from all over the globe. Even so, we want this to be a moment for people to join together again in person, so we strongly encourage everyone from countries reachable by grounded transportation, to join us in person.
Accommodation
We’re planning to have comrades from Lille hosting the people who who will travel to the conference. We will contact you later with the details.
We have a small budget for people who can't afford to cover part or all of their travel costs. Please indicate here if you need financial support for your travels and roughly how much. We can't guarantee we can cover all of your travel costs, but will try our best not to let the cost of travel hinder your participation.
We will need a lot of hands to help during the conference. Can you volunteer for any of these tasks?
Donation / Registration fee(Required)
To cover costs for food and equipment we need donations of around 10-15€ per day. We’re planning to serve vegan meals for lunch and dinner for each day of the conference (except for Wednesday which will have only dinner). We want everyone to be able to attend the conference, regardless of their financial situation, so donations are voluntary. If you can pay more, this can cover the costs of others who can pay less.
