On March 6, 2019, we denounced the illegal entrance of workers, trucks and heavy machinery of the company PINFRA -Mexico City Airport Group concessionaire-, to the ejidal lands of Nexquipayac community, municipality of Atenco, located on the Texcoco Lake basin shores, in the eastern State of Mexico, who intended to continue paving the road stretch Ecatepec-Pyramids-Peñón-Texcoco of the Tuxpan-Mexico highway, when a group of farmers blocked them, forcing them to retreat and warning them that they could not enter, since the company has not been authorized and have not presented to the community the project of the works that will affect their lands. In addition, and since we know the “modus operandi” of the bad governments without distinction of political parties as well as that of unscrupulous employers, we forewarned of possible new attempts, the use of security forces and paramilitary knockers, because that is how it has been imposed this mega-project associated with the New Mexico City International Airport in the Texcoco Lake, whose alleged cancellation was nothing but a media demobilizing maneuver.

Construction works on March 23rd, 2019

 

Today Saturday, March 23, 2019, in violation of the law, falsifying information and with the complicity of the corrupt Nexquipayac community commissary (currently sued by the ejidatarios for act alteration of the 4-March-2018 meeting, in flagrant violation of the Assembly agreements) and the 23rd Agrarian Court headquartered in Texcoco (which has decided to delay the ejidatarios hearings for a 2 month period), the company PINFRA has again entered the Ejidos of Nexquipayac on the Texcoco Lake shore, this time guarded by about a hundred strikers and armed men, who are guarding the work progress of this highway Tuxpan-Mexico stretch and are threatening ejidatarios and native inhabitants.

Given the seriousness of the situation, we call to be attentive and to assist in disseminating this new complaint, demanding from the SCT-Secretariat of Communications and Transport of the Federal Government, explain in relation of the lawsuit brought by SCT intended to revert the ejidatarios legitimate demand, under the argument that they violate agreements signed by their corrupt ejidal commissary José Luis Ramos Tellez, favoring the company PINFRA, who under this argument claims being unable to stop work, and hence being supported to continue working.

El pasado 6 de marzo de 2019, denunciamos la entrada ilegal de trabajadores, camiones y maquinaria pesada de la empresa PINFRA concesionaria del Grupo Aeroportuario de la Ciudad de México a los terrenos ejidales de la comunidad de Nexquipayac, municipio de Atenco, ubicados en la ribera del Lago de Texcoco al Oriente del Estado de México, que pretendían continuar asfaltando el tramo Ecatepec-Pirámides-Peñón-Texcoco de la autopista Tuxpan-México, por lo que un grupo de ejidatarios les impidieron el paso, obligándolos a retirarse y advirtiéndoles que no podían ingresar ya que la empresa no cuenta con la autorización y tampoco ha presentado ante la comunidad los planos del proyecto que afectará sus tierras. Asimismo, y dado que conocemos el “modus operandi” tanto de los malos gobiernos sin distinción de partido político como de empresarios sin escrúpulos, advertíamos de posibles nuevos intentos, la utilización de la fuerza pública y de golpeadores paramilitares, porque es así como se ha venido imponiendo esta mega-obra asociada al Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México en el Lago de Texcoco, cuya supuesta cancelación no fue sino una maniobra mediática desmovilizadora.

Trabajos, el 23 de Marzo, 2019

Hoy sábado 23 de marzo de 2019, violando las leyes, falseando información y con la complicidad del comisariado ejidal corrupto de Nexquipayac (actualmente demandado por los ejidatarios por la alteración del acta del 4-marzo-2018 en flagrante violación a los acuerdos de asamblea) y del Tribunal Agrario 23 con sede en Texcoco (que ha decidido retrasar las audiencias a los ejidatarios por un lapso de 2 meses), la empresa PINFRA ha ingresado nuevamente a los Ejidos de Nexquipayac en la ribera del Lago de Texcoco, esta vez custodiados por cerca de un centenar de golpeadores y gente armada, que vigilan el avance de los trabajos de este tramo de la autopista Tuxpan-México y amenazan a ejidatarios y pobladores originarios.

Ante la gravedad de la situación, hacemos un llamado a estar atentos y a apoyar en difusión esta nueva denuncia, exigiendo al titular de la SCT-Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes del Gobierno Federal, explique en relación a la demanda interpuesta por la SCT con la que se pretende revertir la legítima demanda de los ejidatarios, argumentando que éstos incumplen con los convenios firmados por su comisariado ejidal corrupto José Luis Ramos Téllez, favoreciendo a la empresa PINFRA que bajo este argumento asegura no poder parar la obra y estar respaldada para seguir trabajando.
